I spent the last 3 days away at a leadership offsite. A very relaxing offsite filled with team building consisting of boat rides, massage, dinners and obviously some work.

It was one of the best offsites I've been on. I feel very connected with leaders of the company.
These offsites used to be 3 jam-packed days of nonstop planning, discussing, presenting, and more. But this week was needed.
Connection was/is needed.
Super grateful that we have a company invested in building lasting relationships.
