Don't normalize hating your job. Ever heard of the Sunday Scaries? Yeah, that shouldn't be normal.

"If we are experiencing discomfort in our jobs, we have to investigate... is it a sign of something larger or am I just going through a time of change?" Eliana Goldstein said in our Badass Basic Bitch podcast episode from today.
In the U.S. specifically, 50% of workers reported feeling stressed at their jobs on a daily basis, 41% as being worried, 22% as sad, and 18% as angry.
Business units with engaged workers have 23% higher profit compared with business units with miserable workers!
So, what does this mean?
Let's start by figuring out WHAT is making us feel this way. Is it our manager? Work-life balance? The constant worry of layoffs? Or is it the isolation from working from home?
So, what do we do?
Build connections with co-workers
Identify the problems and make adjustments
Give yourself time to adjust
Take steps to improve your well-being outside of work
Create new connections
